ROUTE PROTECTION
On our site we offer shipping protection powered by Route, when checking out you are automatically opted into adding this protection to your order. Route Protection offers the customer an option to request a replacement product if their order is lost, stolen or broken in transit. If you choose to opt out of the Route Protection we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or broken products.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Please contact us at 267-454-3147 or support@herbalhealerscbd.com and will be happy to assist you.
We do not take returns based on taste or failure to receive benefit. If your product comes damaged upon arrival, you may file a claim through Route Protection, If you chose to opt out of the Route Protection, no replacement product will be given. Compromised products will be handled on a case by case basis. We typically process approved exchange/return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If your product was purchased through a Herbal Healers distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
