Yes our THCA flower is legal, it is grown under hemp licenses, and complies with all federal regulation in regards to growing, and testing of the final end product. Our flower contains less than 0.3% delta 9 THC in its raw form when it is finished growing and is tested. It's only when the product is healed via flame or vaporizer that it converts into delta 9 THC and provides a psychoactive effect.
