We do not take returns, and only provide refunds if the product is damaged upon arrival. If product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at Support@herbalhealerscbd.com you will have 7 business days from the purchase date to contact us. If a product is damaged refer to route shipping protection and file a claim for damage in transit. We also do not provide refunds or replacements based on taste or failure to receive benefits.



We offer replacements for products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, if you purchased Route shipping protection at checkout. Route Protection is automatically applied to your cart unless you as the customer uncheck it from being applied to your cart, if you chose to opt out of Route Protection, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or products damaged in transit. If Route Protection is purchased, please go to: Route Package Protection Policies to view their specific policies on replacement requests as these requests go through them directly, not us. We cannot guarantee that your replacement will be of the same product since we are constantly rotating product in our shop.
