I have aggressive erosive arthritis in my hands and osteoarthritis in my feet as well as a bad back from fracturing it in 2013.
My Rheumatologists wants me to take ibuprofen800 3x/day as well as Tylenol 1000mg 2x/day which I think is helpful for the pain but worry about my liver which is why I started looking into CBD products when she mentioned that it might be helpful as well.
At first I started with just 10mg of the CBD softgels once a day but then switched to the 25mg after the 10mg was no longer available. But then I notice I wasn’t sleeping well at night and my hips were painful too 🤦🏼‍♀️.
So I decided to try the 50mg softgels at bedtime. Thankfully now I am getting a better nights sleep. I’m no longer tossing and turning because I’m uncomfortable and in pain.
I have also used the amazing new Menthol Warming Pain Relief roll-on for the days I need “additional” relief for when I over do it on my more than a normal days…like moving bins of rocks!
I have reduced my intake of ibuprofen by 1 dose and cut the Tylenol dose in half so far. My goal is to get off the ibuprofen and Tylenol completely.
